Job responsibilities

As a service engineer, you will work with systems related to building automation, where you are responsible for ensuring that customers' systems and equipment function optimally on-site. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and advise them on how to maximize the use of the systems. Your mission is largely about actively working with customers and helping them in their sustainability efforts and contributing to achieving climate neutrality. Your tasks include providing technical support and ordering maintenance, as well as managing entire projects from start to finish, where you have the opportunity to both program and commission. To effectively solve customer problems, you will collaborate closely with service planners internally. You will continuously work with safety and report any deviations and suggestions for improvements to customers.     Education, experience, and personal qualities

      • Technical education in areas such as electrical engineering, building automation, or other relevant fields
      • Experience and understanding of the property sector is an advantage
      • Familiarity with systems and programming experience is advantageous
      • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
      • Possess a B driver's license

      In the role of service engineer, you have a strong technical interest with the ability to plan and execute your work independently. You have a strong drive along with very good communication skills, where you appreciate collaboration with both colleagues and customers to find good and effective solutions. The role requires good problem-solving skills and a sense of quality to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable solutions.
